The Florida UPMA chapter will contribute to help with the expenses for an individual ceremony
$100 for PM level 20's and below
$150 for PM's level 21's and above
 

$50 to those that have a group ceremony

ADDRESS INFORMATION UPDATES:
If you have had a change of mailing address, e-mail address or telephone number change, please send your changes to the National Office at unitedpma.org. They will update your records so that you will continue to receive current communications from the National Office and from your UPMA State Chapter.
 

If you know you had a change of mailing address, e-mail address or telephone number anytime in the past and know that you did not notify the National Office of your changes, then you should send your current information for updating to Dan Heins at the National UPMA Office.
