Mike began his Postal Service career as a letter carrier in 1984 and retired in 2015 after 33.5 years, most recently serving 15 years as Postmaster in Ruskin, FL. After becoming Supervisor of Customer Service in 1987, he held every customer service management role and was detailed as Postmaster EAS 24 in four offices. Mike served as local NAPS President, State NAPUS President, National VP representing FL, GA, and Puerto Rico, and played a major role in writing the UPMA State Constitution and serving as Parliamentarian. He is currently the State President for FL Retirees and serves on the Active Executive Board. Mike is married to Debbie, with two sons, Peyton (Toad) and Lt. Colonel Justin McCullough, stepson Jimmy, stepdaughter Lisa, and six grandchildren.
